In addition, when using particular MafiaNOW ! services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.

This means that YOU ("The player"), and not MafiaNOW ! ("Us"), are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Game. You understand that by playing the Game, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You agree to not play the game to:

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

harm minors in any way;

impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a MafiaNOW ! official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Game;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials.

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or the game;

disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the game are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

interfere with or disrupt the game or servers or networks connected to the game, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the game;

intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law "stalk" or otherwise harass another.

You acknowledge that MafiaNOW ! may or may not pre-screen content, but that MafiaNOW ! shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content that is available via the Game. Without limiting the foregoing, MafiaNOW ! shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by MafiaNOW ! or submitted to MafiaNOW !, including without limitation information in MafiaNOW ! Message Boards, and in all other parts of the Game.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that MafiaNOW ! may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer game; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MafiaNOW !, its users and the public.

If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be frozen. If you are a supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account will be frozen as well, and you WILL NOT RECEIVE your money back for unused credits.

When and if you are attacked by a multi or a cheater, and lose thugs or hoes, MafiaNOW ! will not be able to replenish the lost thugs or hoes. We will be aggressively pursing cheaters in this game.

MafiaNow is a massive, online, multiplayer, pimp mafia text based game. Here you are a pimp on a quest for money, power and respect. As a gangster, you must build up your crib. With hoes to generate your income, and with thugs to protect your crib. To become bigger you will need to learn how to keep your tricks and thugs happy. This can be done by purchasing certain items, and avoiding certain events. To succed you need to form a crew or join a good one. This mafia game is simple, highly addictive and very fun, but beware of its strong content!

Go to the Scout section and search for some hoes and thugs.
Go to the Pimp Store and buy some drugs, condoms, meds to make your guys happy. Also get weapons for your thugs. Keep in mind that thugs without weapons won't do a thing and are unhappy. Always keep an eye on your guys happiness. It's easy to keep them happy but if you don't they will start leaving you.
Start making some money by collecting cash from your hoes, by playing casino, making porn movies etc.
When you get enough turns, go get some more thugs and repeat from step 1.
When you feel strong and rich enough you can attack other mafiosos in your range. Be careful, nobody will let you attack them without revenge. This is the real Mafia World "an eye for an eye, an arm, and a leg".
Don't forget to protect part of your money in the bank or you can loose it if somebody mugs you. You also get a good intrest.
The fastest way to increase in Net Worth is by buying or producing drugs.
Join a family since you won't be able to survive by yourself. Otherwise start your own.
Finally, enjoy the game as much as you can and watch your back :)
